General Support / Questions / How to Install Mods [GTA - IV]

Some people ask me how to install mods onto Grand Theft Auto: IV.
Well i'm here right now to explain in Simple English, how to install modifications.

Requirments Needed:

- SparkIV - Download Here
- WinRAR  - Download Here


 ENGLISH:

1. Download WinRAR (If you haven't already).
2. Download SparkIV (If you haven't already).
3. Download your modification (If you haven't already).
4. Open SparkIV; Click Browse; Look for model/vehicle.img; Open it.
5. Import both of your modifications (example: infernus.wft and infernus.wtd).
6. Click on save; and get out of SparkIV.
(Optional Part)
7. Go two (C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data)
8. Open handling.dat, carcols.dat and vehicles.ide.
9. Replace the handling, carcol and vehicle lines in the Read Me file of the modification.
10. Save all files and your game is ready to play.
